Sauritech has the latest technology for micro- precision machining. Our machinery fleet consists of:

• 5  Swiss lathes Deco 10 : FANUC CNC, sliding head, with ten axis, capacity for more than fifteen tools, six of them motorized and a maximum diameter of 10 mm manufacturing.

• 1 new Swiss lathe Deco 13: FANUC CNC, sliding head, with 9 axis, capacity for 14 tools and a maximum diameter of 13 mm manufacturing.

• 1  new Swiss lathe Gamma 20/6: FANUC CNC, 6-axes, 39 tools and a maximum diameter of 20 mm manufacturing.

All these features and programming software allow the machining of high precision and high complexity micro-parts

We have the latest technology in micro-machining of high precision

All parts manufactured by Sauritech are subjected to dimensional and visual self-checking and register by our employees. All these checks are then documented by computer and go with the parts in their final delivery to the customer. To achieve this quality monitoring, SAURITECH is equipped with the latest metrology systems to measure micro- parts and includes microscopes for visual inspection of its achievements. The final process is a technique of ultrasonic cleaning, so that our customers receive their parts completely clean.
